Chairperson McGinn called for final action on SB 247.

A map of the Hillside Cemetery area was distributed to clarify the area impacted by the bill. (Attachment 1)

Chairperson McGinn distributed a proposed balloon amendment and discussed the recommended changes. (Attachment 2)

Senator Kelly moved, Senator Skubal seconded, adoption of the proposed amendment. Motion carried.

Senator Billinger moved, Senator Kelly seconded, to recommend SB 247, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
