Chairperson Sutton opened the hearing on HB2662.
Zach Fridell, Assistant Revisor, explained HB2662 addresses changing the cap on fees.
Lori Fergusion testified that the raising of the fees will be around 12% per year, over the next few years. She stated that would help with staffing salaries and with the overhead cost for of the agency (Attachment3).
Discussion followed. There being no further conferees, Chairperson Sutton closed the hearing on HB2662.
Chairperson Sutton adjourned the meeting at 2:30 PM.
