Senator Pyle distributed an amendment which he explained.

Senator Pyle moved and Senator Francisco seconded the amendment be passed. Motion carried. (Attachment 1)

Senator Francisco moved and Senator Estes seconded the bill as amended be recommended for passage. Motion carried.
