Chairman Wilborn opened the hearing on HB2454 - Allowing a juvenile's attorney to waive appearance at the 14-day detention review hearing. Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 9)
The Chairman pointed out written testimony in support of HB2454 submitted by Stuart Little on behalf of the Kansas Community Corrections Association. (Attachment 10)
