Tamera Lawrence, Office of Revisor of Statutes, provided a balloon amendment. She stated it was a simple change of a date on private and out-of-state post-secondary fees. (Attachment 15)
Senator Bollier moved to accept the amendments as proposed, and it was seconded by Senator Pettey. The motion passed.
Senator Estes motioned to pass the bill out favorably as amended, and it was seconded by Senator Alley. The motion passed.
