Chairperson Kelly called for final action on SB275.
Representative Powell moved, Representative Finney seconded, to recommend SB275 favorably for passage.
A proposed balloon amendment to SB275 was distributed and reviewed by David Wiese. (Attachment 2) The amendment would insert the contents of SB292 into SB275.
Representative Jennings moved, Representative Vickrey seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment to SB275. Motion carried.
Representative Powell moved, Representative Finney seconded, to recommend SB275, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
