Representative Powell moved, Representative Finney seconded, to recommend SB335 favorably for passage.
A proposed balloon amendment to SB335 was distributed by David Wiese and reviewed by Chairperson Kelly. (Attachment 1) The amendment would strike the word "state" each time it appears in the phrase "mutual state bank."
Representative Kelly moved, Representative Finney seconded, to adopt the proposed balloon amendment to SB335. Motion carried.
Representative Powell moved, Representative Vickrey seconded, to recommend SB335, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
