Chairperson Tyson opened a hearing on SB419.
Adam Siebers presented to the Committee an explanation of SB419. (Attachment 1) He stood for questions.
Sally Pritchard presented testimony to the Committee in support of SB419 so the "Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board Appraisal Management Program [can] be in compliance with the national requirements set out by the Appraisal Subcommittee". (Attachment 2) She stood for questions.
No testimony neutral or in opposition to SB419 was presented to the Committee.
When all questions from the Committee were answered, Chairperson Tyson closed the hearing on SB419.
