Representative Jennings moved to amend HB2042 with the Jennings amendment, seconded by Representative Highberger. (Attachment 2)

Representative Carmichael and Wheeler had questions and comments.

The motion to amend HB2042 with the Jennings amendment passed.

Representative Carmichael moved to pass HB2042 as amended with the Jennings amendment, seconded by Representative Smith.

HB2042 passed favorably as amended by the Committee.
