Short Title

Exempting certain domestic insurers from filing enterprise risk reports.

Chairman Olson opened the hearing on the bill and he called for a Revisor of Statutes overview of the bill. Eileen Ma provided the overview. 

Proponent Lee Modesitt explained the importance of updating Kansas statute and answered questions about maintaining industry accreditation. (Attachment 2)

Seeing no additional testimony, Chairman Olson closed the hearing on the bill.
