Representative Corbet moved, seconded by Representative Mason, HB2167 be passed.
Representative Hoffman made a substitute motion, seconded by Representative Corbet, to amend HB2167 (Attachment 1). Representative Hoffman withdrew his motion and restated it, retaining the language found in Attachment 1, but revising the language in paragraph (6) to read "the number of regular landowner or tenant hunt-on-your-own land big game permits to be transferred pursuant to the transfer system established under subsection (a) shall be limited to one per landowner or tenant; and". Motion passed.
Representative Carpenter moved, seconded by Representative Frownfelter, to table HB2167. The motion failed with 6 voting Aye and 11 voting Nay.
