Chairman Olson opened discussion on the bill and called for a Revisor of Statutes review of the bill and the proposed balloon amendment. Eileen Ma provided the review.
Senator Hilderbrand motioned to accept the balloon amendment and Vice Chairman Billinger seconded the motion. The motion passed.
Senator Billinger motioned to pass out the bill favorably as amended and the motioned was seconded by Senator Givens. The motion passed.
