Chairman Olson opened discussion on the bill, called for a Revisor of Statutes review of the bill and the proposed balloon amendment. Eileen Ma provided the review.
Senator Hilderbrand motioned to accept the balloon amendment and the motion was seconded by Senator Pyle. The motion passed.
Senator Givens motioned to pass out favorably the bill as amended and the motion was seconded by Senator Wilborn. The motion passed.
