Chairperson Tyson opened the hearing on SB294 and requested that questions and comments be held until after all conferees have testified.

Amelia Kovar-Donohoe, Assistant Revisor,  presented an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 1)  A handout from Wayne Niederhauser was distributed to the committee members, it is a sample of the report that is mailed out for Utah. (Attachment 2)
