Chairman Sutton opened the hearings on HB 2559.
Charles Reimer, staff revisor, briefed the committee on the bill.
Mark Skoglund, proponent, testified.
- He stated, the bill would ease enforcement of timely lobbyist reporting and resolve an underlying statutory conflict. (Attachment 1)
