Chairperson Smith called for Final Action on HB2677.
Ms. Scott reviewed HB2677.
Representative Murnan moved, to amend the bill and it was seconded by Representative Probst. (Attachment3)
Representative Probst made a substitute motion (conceptual replacing the word" shall") and it was seconded by Representative Helmer, motion failed.
Representative Hodge moved,and it was seconded by Representative Panbacker, to recommend HB2677 favorably for passage. Motion carried.
The next meeting for the House Rural Revitalization Committee will be February 24, 2020.
Chairperson Smith adjourned the meeting at 9:55 am.
