Chairperson Patton asked if there were any amendments.
Staff passed out and Natalie Scott explained the amendment on behalf of Representative Patton. (Attachment 3) Representative Hoheisel moved to amend HB2713 and Representative Samsel seconded. The motion carried.
Representative Hoheisel moved to recommend the bill as amended for passage and Representative Highberger seconded. The motion carried. Affirmative votes recorded: Representative Highberger, Carmichael, Ohaebosim, Hoheisel, Bergquist, Owens.
Chairperson Patton adjourned the meeting at 4:15 p.m.
