[See Revisor's Note] The fact that articles of organization, or amendments thereto, are on file with the secretary of state is notice that the entity formed in connection with the filing of the articles of organization is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Kansas and is notice of all other facts set forth therein which are required to be set forth in articles of organization by K.S.A. 17-7673(a)(1), (a)(2), (a)(4) and (a)(5), and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 17-76,149, and amendments thereto.
