Scott Abbott presented an amendment to HB2160 to change the deadline for implementation from July 1, 2021 to May 1, 2022 (Attachment 1).
Chairman Landwehr motioned that the deadline for implementation for HB2160 be changed from July 1, 2021 to May 1, 2022. Representative Kelly seconded. Motion carried.
Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Parker seconded that HB2160 be advanced as amended. Motion carried.
Chairman Landwehr adjourned the meeting at 1:41 PM. The committee will meet on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
