Chairperson Jennings opened the hearing on HB2275.

Natalie Scott, Assistant Revisor, gave an overview of HB2275(Attachment 5) Questions from the Committee were addressed.

Jennifer Kisela testified in support of HB2275 showing a slide presentation based on an analysis of the goals of the Kansas Criminal Justice Reform Commission. (Attachment 6) Questions from the Committee were addressed.

There was no opponent or neutral testimony.

Chairperson Jennings called for final questions from the Committee.
