Representative Delperdang moved to favorably pass this bill, seconded by Representative Hoheisel. Representative Delperdang moved an amendment, (Attachment 3) seconded by Representative Francis. Motion carried. Back on the bill as amended. Representative Delperdang moved to pass HB2379, as amended, seconded by Representative Francis. Motion carried.
