Chairperson Billinger opened the hearings on both SB 267 and SB 268. Amy Deckard, Legislative Research Department, provided an overview of the two bills that include funding for FY 2021 and FY 2022 for state agencies and FY 2021 and FY 2022 capital improvement expenditures for a number of state agencies. (Attachment 1)
Amy Deckard continued by discussing the changes made so far by the Committee. (Attachment 2) She also briefly discussed the Governor's Budget Amendment (GBA) No. 2. (Attachment 3)
Monica Kurz, Vice President for External Programming, testified in favor of budget enhancements for mental health crisis services. (Attachment 4)
