Chairperson Barker opened the hearing on HB2406. Matt Sterling, Revisor of Statutes provided an overview of the bill (Attachment 9). A question was asked by Vice-Chairperson Arnberger.
Chairperson Barker recognized the following individuals as proponents on HB2406: Amy Campbell (Attachment 10); Whitney Damron (Attachment 11); John Goodyear (Attachment 12); Becky Schwartz (Attachment 13); and Monica Tieben (Attachment 14).
Debbi Beavers, Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, did not submit any testimony, but was available on Webex to answer questions from the Committee.
Chairperson Barker stated there were no opponents or neutrals on HB2406. He closed the hearing on HB2406.
