Chairman Landwehr stated that the committee will continue to work HB2281. A clean version of the bill reflecting amendments approved previously has been passed out.

Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Ruiz seconded to add section (g) reflecting the addition of $3,000,000 from SGF. Motion carried.

Chairman Landwehr motioned and Representative Eplee seconded that a 988 advisory council be created. Motion carried.

Representative Arnberger motioned and Representative Barker seconded a motion to limit the total a business would pay in monthly fees to fifty dollars.

Representative Carpenter motioned and Representative Barker seconded a substitute motion to reduce the monthly cap to ten dollars. Motion failed. Division was called. Yea votes were 5, nay votes were 9.

Back on the amendment.. Motion failed. Division was called. Yea votes were 5, nay votes were 10.

Representative Eplee motioned and Representative Arnberger seconded a motion to insert the word "voice". Motion carried.

Chairman Landwehr motioned and Representative Eplee seconded a motion that HB2281 be further amended by substituting with a new bill reflecting adopted committee amendments and the substitute will be referred to the committee on Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications. Motion carried
