Chairman Sutton requested Jason Long provide an overview of the original bill to the Committee. Chairman Sutton proposed an amendment (Attachment 1) to HB2419, which Jason Long explained to the Committee.
Chairman Sutton moved to amend HB2419. Representative Arnberger seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Vice Chair Waggoner moved to pass HB2419 as amended. Ranking Minority Member Amyx seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Chairman Sutton adjourned the meeting at 3:50.
