Adam Siebers provided an overview on SB326 that provides an income tax credit for qualified railroad track maintenance expenditures of short line railroad and associated rail siding owners or lessees. (Attachment 15)

Kathleen Smith provided an overview on the fiscal note for SB326 stating the bill would decrease State General Fund revenues by $8.72 million starting in FY2023.  The fiscal effect to state revenues would be subsequent for years FY2024, FY2025, FY2026, and FY2027.
