Having voted on the prevailing side, Senator Kerschen moved, Senator McGinn seconded, to reconsider the Committee's action on March 9, 2022 concerning Substitute for SB 444. Motion carried.
Staff distributed a proviso concerning the Residential Tax Rebate. (Attachment 1)
Senator Fagg moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, to adopt the proviso. Motion carried. Senators Hawk and Pettey are recorded as voting no.
Senator Fagg moved, Senator Kerschen seconded, to insert the contents of SB 422 into SB 444 and that Substitute for SB 444 be recommended favorably for passage including leeway for staff to make technical corrections.. Motion carried by roll call vote.
