17-1759. Solicitations by charitable organizations; title of act. K.S.A. 17-1759 through 17-1776, and amendments thereto and K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 17-1778, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the charitable organizations and solicitations act.
