75-5226. Unlawful use of inmate labor. (a) Unlawful use of inmate labor is the knowing use by any corrections officer or employee of any correctional institution of the labor of any inmate or inmates of a correctional institution for the personal benefit of such corrections officer or employee. (b) Unlawful use of inmate labor shall constitute a class A misdemeanor. |
