Legislative Post Audit Committee

January 18, 2006

The meeting was called to order by Chair Edmonds at 4:34 p.m. in Room

519-S of the Statehouse. Committee members present:

Representative John Edmonds, Chair Representative Tom Burroughs Representative Peggy Mast Representative Tom Sawyer

Senator Les Donovan, Vice-Chair Senator Nick Jordan

Approval of Minutes

Representative Mast moved to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2006 and December 15, 2005 meetings. Senator Jordan seconded the motion; motion carried.

Committee Organization

Selection of Chair and Vice-Chair. Chair Edmonds called for nominations for Committee Chair for 2006. Representative Mast nominated Senator Donovan. Senator Jordan seconded the motion. With no further nominations, the Chair called for a vote. Motion carried.

Representative Edmonds called for nominations for Vice-Chair for 2006. Representative Mast nominated Representative Edmonds for Vice-Chair, seconded by Senator Donovan. With no further nominations, the Chair called for a vote. Motion carried.

Selection of the Contract Audit Committee member. Representative Burroughs nominated Senator Steineger for Contract Audit Committee member. Representative Sawyer seconded the motion. Motion carried.
