WE WANT YOUR IDEAS!

The Legislative Post Audit Committee and the Legislative Division of Post Audit have launched a new initiative to identify ways to help make State government more efficient. If you have an idea in this area that you’d like to share with us, we’d like to hear about it. Here are some thoughts to get you started:

  • State government programs or functions that you think could be operated more efficiently
  • Programs that have outlived their original purpose and could be eliminated without harming public health or safety
  • Activities that duplicate another agency’s program, or that could be outsourced to the private sector
Please take note of the following:
  • We will not be responding to any suggestions individually.
  • This is not the place to report suspected fraud, abuse, discrimination, etc. Specific allegations of wrongdoing should be reported to local law enforcement, the Office of Attorney General, or internal agency auditors
  • You don't need to provide your name. All ideas will be reviewed, and Legislative Post Audit will pass along the best ones to the Legislative Post Audit Committee, the joint legislative committee that selects all the Division’s audit work.
  • If clicking on the button below doesn't bring up a blank e-mail message, send your idea to ideas@lpa.state.ks.us
