Representative Highberger moved to amend HCR5002 - Rule 3 (Attachment 4) - Conference committee procedure, seconded by Representative Clayton. Motion failed. Members requesting to have their vote recorded: Yes: Highberger, Clayton.
Representative Highberger moved to conceptually amend HCR5002 - Rule 3 (f) (Attachment 4) - Number of bills in the report of the conference committee by striking "four" and inserting "two", seconded by Representative Clayton. Motion failed. Members requesting to have their vote recorded: Yes: Highberger, Clayton.
Representative Highberger moved to amend HCR5002 - Rule 3 (f) (Attachment 4) - concerning the bundling of bills in conference, seconded by Representative Clayton. Motion failed. Members requesting to have their vote recorded: Yes: Highberger, Clayton.
