Vice Chair Johnson opened discussion on HB2361. The Revisor gave an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 3) Representative Howell motioned to pass, favorable, HB2361 out of committee, seconded by Representative Pickert. After a brief discussion, Representative Howell closed. Motion passed.
Vice Chair Johnson closed the meeting at 2:10PM. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be Tuesday, March 21 in room 259-S of the Capitol.
