Short Title

Permitting the use of expedited partner therapy to treat a sexually transmitted disease.

Nicholas Reinecker, Private Citizen, provided testimony in opposition to HB2751 (Attachment 28). The bill sets a bad example for minors regarding the practice of non-committal sex. This is also an anti-family bill that provides more dispensing of for-profit substance prescriptions, mocks the natural order of life and disregards already illegal practices apparently preformed by physicians involved in bypassing physical clinical examinations.
