Chairperson Rahjes opened the hearing on SB 336 and requested Kyle Hamilton, Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, to give an overview of the bill. (Attachment 1) There were no questions.
Chairperson Rahjes asked Kate Gleeson, Deputy Director of the Division of Environment, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, to present proponent testimony on SB 336. (Attachment 2)
Ms. Gleeson stood for questions.
Brian Posler, Fuel True Independent Energy and Convenience, also appeared as a proponent on this bill. (Attachment 3) Mr. Posler answered questions from Committee members.
There being no further testimony, Chairperson Rahjes closed the hearing on SB 336.
The next meeting of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, March 6.
