Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on HB2015, Jason Thompson provided an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 5)
Ed Klumpp gave testimony in support of HB2015. The current statute specifies only the head of the first responder agency or entity can request the court order. This bill will provide some flexibility without changing the intent of the current statute. (Attachment 6)
There being no further conferees, the hearing on HB2015 was closed.
