Chairperson Owens opened the hearing on HB2280. Natalie Scott provided an overview of the bill. (Attachment 1)
Jo Anna Corbin, widow of Kevin Corbin testified in support of the bill. She shared her personal story of how the loss of her husband due to an intoxicated driver has impacted the life of her and her family. She urged the committee to pass the bill into law. (Attachment 2) Ms. Corbin responded to questions from committee members.
