Representative Featherston moved, Representative Blex seconded, to recommend HB2092 favorably for passage.
Representative Blex moved, seconded by Representative Amyx, to amend HB2092. Motion carried.(Attachment 1).
Representative Featherston moved, Representative Blex seconded, to recommend HB2092 as amended for passage. Motion carried.
Chairman Bergquist noted the committee might meet on Friday at 9:00 a.m. for discussion.
