Chairperson Patton called the meeting to order and asked if the membership had any changes to make to the meeting minutes up for approval. There were none.
Representative Neely moved to approve the meeting minutes from February 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2023. Representative Curtis seconded. Motion carried.
Chairperson Patton opened final action on HB2326, Natalie Scott reviewed the bill.
Representative Smith moved to amend HB2326 with the catalytic converter definition amendment (Attachment 1), seconded by Representative Neely. Motion carried.
Representative Smith moved to pass HB2326 as amended, seconded by Representative Schreiber. Motion carried. Members asking to have their votes recorded: Yes: Carmichael, Highberger.
