Chairwoman Warren opened the hearing on SB265.  Jason Thompson gave an overview of the bill and stood for questions. (Attachment 15)

Phillip Journey gave testimony in support of SB265.  He stated it enhances the existing statute that created the criminal penalty for violating a protective order. (Attachment 16)
