Representative Bergquist was recognized by Chairperson Proctor.
Representative Bergquist moved, seconded by Representative Essex, to pass out favorably SB 209.
Representative Waggoner moved, seconded by Representative Underhill, to amend SB 209. (Attachment 3) Motion passed.
Representative Bergquist moved, seconded by Representative Essex, to pass out favorably SB 209 as amended. Motion passed.
