Dylan Dear, Assistant Director for Fiscal Affairs, Kansas Legislative Research Department, provided information about HB2495. This bill adds State General Funds (SGF) in Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and increases expenditure limitations for biennial agencies in FY2025. (Attachment 1)
