Abraham Pfannenstiel, Kearney and Associates on behalf of Kansas Association of Addiction Professionals, supports this bill.  He states that this bill will go far in continuing to make our communities safer and our judicial system less burdened while also advocating for the health and well-being of all Kansans. (Attachment 32)

Stuart Little, on behalf of Behavioral Health Association of Kansas, is in support of HB2601.
