72-89d06. Rules and regulations. The state board of education shall adopt rules and regulations as necessary to implement the provisions of this act on or before March 1, 2016. Such rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the standards for the use and reporting of emergency safety interventions as provided in K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 72-89d02 through 72-89d05, and amendments thereto.
