Chairman Howe opened a hearing on HB2460

Chairman Howe turned meeting over to Vice Chairman Clarke Sanders.

Vice Chair Sanders turned the meeting back over to Chair Howe.

Sarah Green testified in support of HB2460 by providing her personal experience with University of Kansas policies. She stood for questions.

Dr. Flanders provided neutral testimony on HB2460 and voiced concerns over potential litigation. He stood for questions.(Attachment 7)

Nathan Madden testified in opposition to HB2460 by stating there could be potential negative economic consequences.He stood for questions.(Attachment 8)

When all questions from the Committee were answered, Chairman Howe closed the hearing on HB2460 and adjourned the meeting at 3:00 P.M. 5
