38-2345. A plea of nolo contendere is a formal declaration that the juvenile does not contest the charge. When a plea of nolo contendere is accepted the court shall adjudicate the juvenile to be a juvenile offender. The plea cannot be used against the juvenile as an admission in any other action based on the same act. |
